Senior Property Advisor
Job Description
As a Senior Property Advisor at SK Developers, you will lead by example. You will look after our premium buyers and investors across the Hosur and Bengaluru region developments, guiding them through plot selection and investment decisions, and seeing each negotiation through to a confident close. Beyond your own targets, you will support the Property Advisors on the team by mentoring them, reviewing their pipelines, and helping them improve how they handle site visits and follow ups. You will also work with the marketing and operations teams to plan launches and open house sessions, and share what you learn from the market to help guide pricing and sales strategy. Your experience and judgement will directly influence conversion rates, client trust, and the growth of our projects.

- Qualification: MBA in Marketing
- Experience: 5+ years in real estate or property sales
